After logging in, the interface is as follows, in most cases there is only one administrator account and this administrator does not have a license. so you’d better not use this initial administrator account to do your work.
We click “add a user”, create a new administrator or user, authorize the license, one user, one license is good, do not need too much.
Only administrator or user with license can send emails.

A thousand licenses is a thousand working sub-accounts, and sub-accounts without licenses don’t work.
Work with newly created sub-accounts, not the initial administrator.
To control risk, it’s best to create a few more global administrators without licenses.
